Uncharted: The Lost Legacy First Impression
Hi all. As you know I just underwent from Xbox to Playstation. It’s the first time that I played any Uncharted games and I started with the latest one … good move, Don …
Lucky, I don’t need to know worry about what happened in the past which means that I don’t have to play its previous games to understand the story. However, in the game you play together with Nadia – your friend … kind of. And she keeps asking questions from the past … I guess it’s OK, you quickly get to know main things that happened in the past games.
Of course, since Playstation Plus has got Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End in their library for April, I think I will be playing it once I’m done with this game.
Alright, let’s get back to Uncharted: The Lost Legacy. The game has really good graphics. Controls are great and I will get back to them later. I just wanted to say that the game is very similar to Indiana Jones and the Emperor’s Tomb which I played like 1.5 decades ago. I really think they need to remake/remaster that game.
Uncharted: The Lost Legacy controls
I love the controls of the game. Surprisingly, driving controls are also super amazing. It really feels great and easy to steer (not too much and not too slow). Shooting and fighting is also amazing. Since I’m a noob at games like this (or most games, for that matter), I have auto-aim on and ths makes it so easy to shoot enemies. Auto-lock is great but if I try to get platinum for this game then I will have to learn to properly aim.
Game also features a lot of free-running/parkour elemnts and puzzle solving. It is sort of Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry and Indiana Jones mix up (I guess you could also add GTA, Rage, etc … to the list of ingredients). I also love it when games have short levels. Within 2 hours (or less actually) I reached chapter 4. I also probably competed half of it – reached the tower in the middle.
Alright, that is all. Tonight I will play more of Uncharted and let you know more about the trophies I earned.
